We want your input! The following is a link to an online survey soliciting input for the Helena School District Maser Plan. Please take the time to complete the survey.

The Helena School District has a proud tradition of success, thanks to supportive parents and community, and knowledgeable, committed and dedicated staff. The intention of this master planning process is to build on that success. Success depends in part on having school facilities and sites which meet the evolving needs of our students, teachers and staff. By understanding what is working well and what might need to be improved, we can develop master planning strategies and priorities that capture the insights and experience of the Helena community.

Questions in this survey are grouped to align with the GUIDING PRINCIPLES and master planning goals that are being developed by the citizens group which has been meeting since December 2011. Each question set begins with a summary of the Guiding Principles.

Workshop #4 – Benchmarking

Workshop #4 will be held at the Helena Middle School Cafeteria at 6:00-8:30 on March 20^th. The focus of this workshop will be ‘Benchmarking’ within the parameters of each Guiding Principal. The format for the meeting will be somewhat different with more active discussion and prioritization of benchmarks (goals) and less time with presentations. We will also ask participants to complete a survey that is intended to go out to the public. A discussion of the survey questions will follow.
